The story began in 1980 when Mr. Brady's parents recognized a significant need in the region for skilled trades, particularly in stucco and drywall. In an era demanding the expertise of labors, lathers, and plasters, they embarked on a journey of training and craftsmanship, laying the foundation for the company's enduring commitment to quality.

Mr. Brady's upbringing deeply influenced the company's ethos. Raised within the Deer Spring clan, he learned the value of dedication and the profound importance of treating employees as more than just coworkers – they are an integral part of the Free Brady family. He recalls a transformative period, moving from a life dependent on commodity food to the simple privilege of shopping at the local Basha's, a testament to the opportunities created through hard work and determination.

His journey into the family business was hands-on from the start. After being raised by his grandmother on a farm, he returned home and became an active part of his parents' growing venture. This early experience instilled in him a deep understanding of every facet of construction. After over two decades of dedicated service, his parents entrusted him with their legacy, encouraging him to forge his own path.

Today, that hands-on approach remains a cornerstone of Free Brady Companies. Unlike many firms, we pride ourselves on completing 100% of the work in-house. From the initial earthwork and foundational concrete to the structural framing, energy-efficient spray foam and fiberglass insulation, precise drywall work, meticulous finish door and window installation, quality painting, and durable stucco and brickwork, our dedicated team handles every stage of the project with unwavering attention to detail.
